High pressure will still determine the conditions beyond the middle of the week. During the day, temperatures will remain significantly higher than typical for this time of year, reminiscent of the recent summer. However, in the early morning, it can be quite cool in some places. Local fog patches may also occur at daybreak. Nevertheless, the sun is likely to shine for most of the day, with only scattered high-level clouds occasionally approaching in the mostly blue sky. More uncertain conditions are temporarily expected on Saturday, as an Atlantic front could brush against the northern parts of our area. This may result in increasing clouds and the possibility of isolated rain showers. Once the front has crossed our area, the influence of high pressure will increase again by Sunday.
