SÖLDEN Freizeitarena - Giggijochbahn - Santle - Hainbach- Grünwald - Edelweißhütte - LEITERBERGALM
From Freizeit Arena you walk to the car park of Giggijoch mountain gondola and further on to the hamlet of Grünwald. A signposted, rising forest trail takes you up to Edelweißhütte and further on to the mountain hut.
For leisurely hikers it is advisable to take the bus to Hochsölden and from there in about 30 minutes to the Leiterbergalm to hike.

Getting thereThe car drive to the Ötztal valley. Situated in Tirol, the Ötztal valley set off in southerly direction and is the longest side valley in the Eastern Alps. The journey with the car leads you through the Inntal valley to theentrance of the valley and further on through the valley. Among the toll motorways you can also use the country roads.
