From the car park at the end of Gries the path runs flat through the meadows into the Sulztal. After a few minutes you reach the turnoff to the hamlet Winnebach. This path, which branches off to the left, has a steady slope. Once at the top you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the village. The way back via the access road but which is very little traveled.

Turn-by-turn directions
From the parking lot in Gries follow the signs to Sulztal. After a few minutes, the path branches off to the left towards Winnebach. Follow this steadily rising path until you reach the hamlet of Winnebach. The way back is on the access road.
Public transport
Travel safe and comfortable with the train to the Ötztal Bahnhof train station. Last stop and exit point is thetrain station Ötztal Bahnhof. Afterwards you can travel smoothly and quick with the public transport or our local

Getting there
The car drive to the Ötztal valley. Situated in Tirol, the Ötztal valley set off in southerly direction and is thelongest side valley in the Eastern Alps. The journey with the car leads you through the Inntal valley to the
entrance of the valley and further on through the valley. Among the toll motorways you can also use the country
