Traveling to Vent by car

Road trip to the heart of the Alps

Car drivers can reach the valley entrance of Ötztal (autobahn exit: Ötztal) via the Inntal toll motorway. If you come from the north and have a little more time to explore Tirol, simply take the Fernpass road and continue on the provincial roads until you reach the turn-off to Ötztal valley. From there it's still about 53 km to Vent. For all those arriving from South Tyrol the trip on the spectacular Timmelsjoch High Alpine Road (toll road, open from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm) is strongly recommended.
